Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Luiflow website or attending our classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Luiflow provides yoga classes and movement instruction. Our services include:

• In-person yoga classes at our Oxford location
• Movement instruction and guidance
• Information and educational content about yoga practice

Participation Requirements

By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that:

• You are physically capable of engaging in the level of activity presented in the class
• You understand that yoga involves physical movement and exertion
• You will inform the instructor of any physical limitations that may affect your participation
• You will practice within your own capabilities and comfort level
• You will not hold Luiflow responsible for any physical discomfort experienced during or after classes

Class Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings

Class bookings are confirmed upon payment. Space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations by Participants

If you need to cancel your class booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Cancellations by Luiflow

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify registered participants and offer alternative arrangements.

Payment Terms

Payment for classes is required at the time of booking. We accept payment by card and bank transfer. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled classes
• Maintain appropriate personal hygiene
• Keep personal belongings secure and in designated areas
• Follow the instructor's guidance and studio rules
• Refrain from disruptive behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate participation for anyone who violates this code of conduct.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and class materials, is the property of Luiflow and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Luiflow provides movement instruction and educational information. We make no representations about specific outcomes from participating in our classes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luiflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Personal Belongings

Luiflow is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings on our premises. Please keep valuables secure and with you at all times.

Photography and Recording

Photography and video recording during classes is not permitted without prior written consent from Luiflow and all participants present.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect information about other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
